Markiplier

Markiplier (aka Mark Fischbach) runs his own video game and vlogging channel. Mark started his YouTube channel Markiplier Game on May 26th, 2012. Like many YouTubers trying to make it in the beginning Mark uploaded horror genre type games (I believe YouTubers do this because many people would rather watch people play then actually be in the position of the player). Mark did not have a face-cam until his play through of Dead Space. Markiplier's older videos that helped lead him to fame was his play through of amnesia (a horror game in which you navigate a castle in order to find certain items before a monster catches you). Mark started to collaborate with his close friends by doing a series called drunk Minecraft in which him Muyskerm (Bob) and LordMinion777 (Wade). Episodes of Drunk Minecraft usually had a task for the YouTubers complete but usually it ended up with a lot of just messing around.

Anyway, Mark started to get more and more subscribers but how did his subscriber count get to almost 20 million (19,807,841 at the current moment, I had to update this several times while writing this vlog). Well, Mark's personality is very addictive. He is someone who is not afraid to talk about his personal problems or validate others emotions. Mark enjoys talking about his channel is a type of vessel for love and caring and that others spread that love to others. Personally, I think Mark is successful because of how genuine he is.

Lately, Mark has been doing live shows with his friends which includes playing video games, doing improvisation, and other games. This has become incredibly popular among the gaming community on YouTube with Jacksepticeye and Game Grumps being two examples.

I believe that Mark gets the thrill of seeing everyone enjoying themselves and that why I think he does those tours. Anyway, I believe that Markiplier focuses more the quality of his game play than the quantity. Markiplier still does many horror game playthroughs and is most well known for his Five Nights at Freddy's videos.

I guess the question is who would I recommend this YouTuber to. I would recommend this YouTuber if you like a clever and funny individual that can make the scariest situations into something completely hilarious. I believe that his popularity is still very much on the rise! I am very excited to see what he can do.
