Game Grumps

If you want a gaming channel that does not have a web cam of the individuals playing and two guys just having a conversation while they are terrible at playing games... then you came to the right page.

Game Grumps features two best friends Arin Hanson and Dan Avidan playing a multitude of video games while they banter back and forth. Game Grumps joined YouTube on July 10th, 2012 with the original founders being Arin Hanson and Jon Jafari (Jontron). Jon took a split from the group to pursue another a YouTube page called Jontron. Daniel Avidan became a recent addition in 2015 where he brought his experiences and quirkiness into his role of being a co-host at Game Grumps.

The beautiful thing about Game Grumps is that they do not express anything other than their love or hatred of video games, as well as some quirky stories. They have touched on depression, drugs, their personal lives (which many stay away from); and they do it in a way that is completely relatable to many viewers.

Although many of the episodes consist of Arin making funny noises and Danny laughing at him failing at whatever video game he is playing it really is a great show. The actual channel consists of 3 different types of shows: Game Grumps, Grumpcade, and Steam Train.

Game Grumps consists of just Arin and Dan.

Grumpcade: Usually they will have a celebrity come in and play games with someone that works at Game Grumps (Usually with Arin and Danny.

Steam Train was made for computer games on a application called Steam. Steam was usually ran by an animator called Ross O'Donovan and Dan but has since grown to include anyone who works at Game Grumps.

These different shows really give Game Grumps at twist and always leave them with something new and interesting to try. You also get a very diverse but comfortable group that you can relate to pretty easily.

Game Grumps has been performing live shows recently like many other gaming YouTubers have started to do, and have been pretty successful.

If you want a group that gives you flashbacks to playing video games with your best friend at home, then I would recommend watching Game Grumps.
