The Stupendous Wave

Star Wars... a very hot topic as of right now with the latest films coming to the big screen and that is what The Stupendous Wave covers... for the most part.

The Stupendous Wave seemed to originally be about reviews and theories when they joined YouTube on September 9th, 2014, and although it still is the content seems much more specified. The YouTube page originally covered The Avengers, Jurassic World, Walking Dead, and a little later Star Wars once the announcement of Episode VII came out. About 2 years ago The Stupendous Wave focused entirely on Star Wars, and has made some pretty interesting videos.

He focuses on both extended universe and canon information about the series... You know what... I'm just going to say SW for short since... well... I'm lazy (sue me).

The SW looks at what upcoming movie plots might be for Star Wars movies, what ifs about the series, and other information that individuals may not know that is outside the movies. Honestly, if you are a fan of Star Wars in general then you should really check SW out!

Although I love the channel I must say he does not have much of a personality. Unfortunately, he is very monotone with his dialogue but I think it may a way to be professional. As a viewer I know I would love to see not only his knowledge but his passion for the subject and the channel.

He does try to get viewers involved by using giveaways for a very expensive lightsaber of your choice. Although great, you do have to like the video, subscribe to the channel, blah blah blah (pretty typical stuff).

As I have said before, I do love this channel but it has room for improvement. At the end of his videos he always asks what the views think. Maybe doing a personal Q&A episode would be beneficial for connecting with his views.

If you love Star Wars and like hearing possible theories and what ifs about the series then you would love this channel. If you like lively commentary then this may be the wrong channel for you. The videos do not go very long and usually last about 6 minutes at most so it usually leaves you bingeing the channel.
